Abortion Methods and Costs:
While there are several factors involved in determining the cost of an abortion (including how far along you are, your prior health history and the type of abortion you are considering), below is an estimate of abortion costs for New York and Vermont:
- Abortion Pill (medical abortion performed at up to 12 weeks)
- Approximately $300 and $800.
- Aspiration (surgical abortion performed between 5 to 12 weeks)
- Approximately $530+
- D&E or D&C (surgical abortion performed between 12 to 21 weeks)
- Up to $1500+
